Ginger Pig Cafe & Bistro

The owners at the Ginger Pig Cafe & Bistro, believe food and drink should be fresh, locally sourced and cooked daily.

The team work with local suppliers receiving deliveries daily for the freshest produce, which in turn, provides the best flavour. Home-cooked food lies at the heart of their ethos, reinforcing the freshness and fullest of flavour. Coupled with a relaxed atmosphere and proficient service, there’s every reason to drop by.

Dreaming of owning his very own bistro from a young age, through various roles and leadership, cafe owner Steven, has been putting in years of hard work in the hospitality and catering sector. The dream finally came true for Steven during 2013, when he relocated his family to Worcestershire to begin their adventure at the Ginger Pig.

With an established background in hospitality and catering, Steven and his family were able to indulge in their passion for creating fresh homemade food and sourcing ingredients from local suppliers.

It might surprise you to know, Tamworth pigs are behind the name of the Bistro! The original creators of The Ginger Pig liked the Tamworth pig and its memorable colour so much, they decided to name their business after it!

Expect delicious creations set in a quaint central location in Worcester, this is more a restaurant than cafe. Look out for some great regular live music events too!
